Sareefy is an intermediary platform. We connect independent sellers offering Tamil fashion items with buyers worldwide. Sareefy does NOT:
All purchase contracts are formed directly between the buyer and the seller. Sareefy facilitates the discovery, communication, and (in the future) payment processing — but the underlying sale is a transaction between two independent parties.

Sareefy reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Buyers: Payments will be processed securely via Stripe (launching soon). Currently, orders are confirmed via the platform and finalized through direct communication with the seller.
Sellers: Pay a monthly subscription fee based on the chosen plan (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Sareefy may introduce additional transaction fees or commission in the future, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of the seller. Delivery times shown on product pages are estimates provided by the seller and not guaranteed by Sareefy.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

The following are strictly prohibited on Sareefy:
All content on Sareefy (logo, design, code, branding) is owned by Sareefy and protected by copyright. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Sareefy a license to display them on the platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any Sareefy content without prior written permission.
Sareefy provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

Sareefy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Outstanding orders must still be honored or refunded.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
